  Place the jewelry in its original luxury packaging and ensure it is safely tucked inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
